ART AT THE BEACH WITH ECOMODELS

In celebration of United Nations World Environment Day
San Francisco, CA; June 3, 2005

EcoModels, a group devoted to teaching children environmental responsibility, invited me to make nature sculpture at Ocean Beach with Laurie Murdoch's third-grade class from John Muir Elementary School. Despite living in a coastal city, many of these children had never been to a beach.
