CELEBRATING CERRITO CREEK THROUGH ART
In partnership with Friends of Five Creeks

Using on-site natural materials along with some special treasures brought for the event, we made art along Cerrito Creek where it has been restored along the south edge of El Cerrito Plaza.

Friends of Five Creeks President Susan Schwartz introduced participants to the features of the creek and its environs.
Woof said the dog, all made of leaves,
Flowers, sticks, and trees!
It stands alert on the side of the creek
Watching birds feed with their beaks.
One day it will no longer stand.
Until then, it will be admired by man.
